The Watcher in Brooklyn

October 21, 2012 § Leave a comment

I have not been back to NY since my July report on Brooklyn, but a trusted contributor has been looking out for The Watcher along The Trail:

“Many don’t realize that New York has its own spirits and beer production based right here in Brooklyn….the Kings County Distillery is the city’s oldest whiskey distillery, run out of a 112 year old building in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. There are a number of other small producers, including Brooklyn Breweries and the New York Distilling Company, that make high quality, small batch booze right here in the city.”
